Todd Hubbard is a limnologist for the State Hygienic Laboratory (SHL) at the University of Iowa. His work primarily revolves around the state of Iowa’s biological monitoring program for streams and rivers. His primary interests lie in characterizing aquatic macroinvertebrate biogeography in Iowa, understanding drivers of community structure, and improving biomonitoring techniques/tools. He has been with the SHL since 1992. He holds a B.S. in Biology and M.S. in Environmental Science.
