Spirit of the Water 1st Place Winner: Samantha Roth with “Not Just Water”

Samantha Roth, a homeschooled 12th grader from Earlham, Iowa, won 1st place in the Iowa Water Center’s 2022 annual essay contest— Spirit of the Water— with a creative work titled “Not Just Water.”
